To ensure that we "make them right," in 1988 we reinvented our own water softening systems, earning seven U.S. Patents in the process. These re-engineered systems were so successful that in 1998 we doubled our factory and warehouse space to help meet the worldwide demand for WaterBoss® products. Today our founder can still be found walking the factory floor. His nearly 50-year tenure makes us the oldest company in the industry under continuous ownership and operation.
